Summer Solstice Fruit Fête & Fiesta

Tuesday, June 20 (10am, 3pm, 5pm)

Summer is here and we are going global. Come celebrate the first day of summer with music, exotic fruits, and special language story times.  We’ll read books about summer and celebrate the sun. You might feel like today is lasting longer than usual. Well, it is! The word ‘solstice’ means ‘sun stands still’ because today has the longest hours of daylight and shortest hours of night. Wow! Come learn more at this solar-powered story time.
